This company has fantastic customer services.. They went above and beyond.. I booked at the last minute and they were available at all times during business hrs to answer any if my questions.. They were reliable and prompt. They were also available the day of my event if I had any issues. I had one minor issue and I called them and they explain to me what it was. Everything was fine and when they came to take it down they saw what I told them and told me that they we're going to accommodate me for the issue even when I stated that it was okay.. Incredible selection and really prompt service. I was able to put together a party in less than a week. The delivery and set up was perfectly timed to the start of my party. The dual lane 20 ft. water slide kept the kids so busy, they hardly took time to eat or do anything else. It was the perfect size for the age of the group (5-8 year olds).

I have never felt so at ease when making a reservation for an inflatable. Normally you have to fight with people to get a correct time established, but Big Fun went out of their way to make our event incredible. We have been renting some kind of inflatable item from this vender for our two children's birthday and we already found a superior customer services. Very happy to work with. This wet slide with bouncy combo seems had less usage on bouncy part for our 5th age boys but they certainly enjoyed the water slide. This was a newer model that drained the water to outside in the shallow pool part which we made sure as last year had an issue with poor design item. We probably rent a taller water slide for next year. Thank you.

Big Fun was so easy to work with! They were easy to communicate with and sent multiple texts and emails prior to our event. They arrived and were friendly and competent in setting up the bounce house. The swept the inside and wiped spots with a rag to ensure the bounce house was clean for our jumpers. The only slight complaint is the item I chose, the wet slide/moon bounce combo - it needed a little bit of cushion at the bottom of the slide.

This is the 2nd year we have rented from Big Fun, and have rented the dual lane 20 foot water slide! The kids had an absolute blast! The communication between the staff and myself was phenomenal!
